Energy Transfer Station (ETS) Room
Energy Transfer Station (ETS) Room commisioned in mutiple locations in UAE. ETS will enhance the performance of DCP and will protect the chillers loop by providing two different circuits. Designing a proper control for ETS will enhance the system efficiency and transfer the required energy.

External Chilled Water Piping
Chilled water systems are used in medium and large-sized buildings. Chiller plants act as a centralized cooling system that provides cooling for an entire building or even multiple buildings. This is because it is often more practical to centralize air conditioning equipment in one location rather than install many pieces of equipment in many different places.

Pump Room Works
A pump room have fire pump which is a part of a fire sprinkler system’s water supply and powered by electric, diesel or steam. The pump intake is either connected to the public underground water supply piping, or a static water source (e.g., tank, reservoir, lake). The pump provides water flow at a higher pressure to the sprinkler system risers and hose standpipes.

Piping Network Flushing
Pipe Flushing is a pre-commissioning activity. Piping and pipeline systems are flushed before commissioning the line or put into action. Pipeline or Pipe Flushing can be defined as the activity where a sufficient quantity of fluid is pumped through the piping or pipeline section with sufficient velocity to forcibly remove construction debris, dust, rust, mill scale, oil, grease, or any other kind of impurities. The section of piping or pipeline system requiring flushing is defined beforehand and then a detailed pipe flushing plan is made for execution.

Underground Chamber Construction
Unexpectedly rapid worldwide increases in urbanization have brought many problems, including congestion, air pollution, and loss of scarce surface area for vehicular ways. It has been founded by some cities relying on auto transport that nearly two-thirds of their central land area is devoted to vehicular service, leaving just one-third of the surface space for recreational use.

Freezing & Hot Tapping Works
The hot tapping process begins with fitting a new branch to the host pipeline. The new hot tapping fittings can be attached by welding or by using mechanical (clamp) hot tapping split tee, a full bore isolation valve is then installed, the branch and valve is then pressure tested and a sealed drill rig attached to the valve. The pipe is then drilled while the valve is in the open position, the drill is then withdrawn and the valve closed. The drill is then removed from the valve and a blanking flange or plug fitted.
